Kate Freeman

Kate Freeman graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Government and earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. Kate has extensive experience handling complex commercial and product liability litigation on behalf of corporate clients. Kate has experience managing every stage of litigation from case inception through appeals. Kate has successfully tried over 15 cases and argued hundreds of contested hearings. Prior to joining the Rodriguez Law Firm, Ms. Freeman practiced at an international law firm in Dallas, where she successfully defended Fortune 500 companies at trial in state and federal court.

Kate is a seasoned attorney with a strong foundation in litigation, legal research, and advocacy, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to excellence to her role. Kate has experience conducting in-depth legal research and drafting compelling briefs, showcasing her proficiency in handling complex litigation matters. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Kate has extensive courtroom and trial experience, with over 300 days spent arguing before various courts. In her spare time, Kate also volunteers as an attorney advisor for the Heritage High School Mock Trial Team.
